New Filter for Maximum Capacity Utilization in the Team PlannerAll Editions

Quickly identify overloaded resources in the Team Planner with the new Maximum Capacity Utilization filter. Set your own overallocation threshold and display only overloaded resources based on your specifications. To adress bottlenecks early, you can also sort resources, teams, and roles by their respective utilization.

Open the Team Planner via the left sidebar. Select the filter icon in the toolbar and set your preferred threshold for overallocations using the filter Max Capacity Utilization, for example, 110%:

The view now only shows resources, teams, and roles that surpass the predefined threshold in the currently selected date range.

Sort by Utilization

To quickly identify both the most overloaded resources and those with available capacity, you can now sort resources by their utilization. Under Configure View, open the dropdown list under Sort Resources, Teams, or Roles by and select either Utilization (High to Low) or Utilization (Low to High):

Please note that the option to adjust the Under- and Overallocation limits under Configure View has been removed. For better clarity, as in the Portfolio Designer, a time period where a resource is 100 % (or more) allocated is automatically highlighted in red.
