Notes on Actual Time Worked EntriesProPremium
With the latest update to the My Schedule view, users can add notes to their individual time entries. These notes can be used to provide important context and task details in the timesheet without needing another tool. Project managers can view these notes via the Change Log or by exporting Actual Time Worked data.
Click My Schedule in the left sidebar to open the view. Select a cell with Actual Time Worked, then hover over it until the note icon appears. Select the icon to create or edit a note.
Project managers can view these notes in the Change Log. The notes can also be exported to Microsoft Excel together with the recorded Actual Time Worked.

Required User Rights
To allow users to enter their own Actual Time Worked and add notes in My Schedule, their user group must have at least the option Their Assigned Projects enabled under Project & Resource Planning > Input Data for Linked Resource.
