Spreadsheet-Style Editing of FinancialsProPremium

You can now manage financial events in a spreadsheet-style grid that allows you to edit entries directly in the cells. Use the time grid mode to distribute and verify financial entries across months, or switch to the list mode for a more detailed look. This makes managing financials in Meisterplan quicker and easier than before. 

Open the Project Details view and go to the Financials section. There, select the Plan tab and choose the Time Grid mode.

Select a date range in months so that you can include months before or after the project duration if needed. The time grid mode will then display all existing financial events as monthly totals per cost type and category.

To add or edit financial values in the grid, enter the values directly into the corresponding month’s cell. Using the plus icon next to each cost type, you can search for and add financial categories (if available).

Same Data – Different Presentation

Your existing financial events in the list mode also appear in the new time grid mode. Both modes always show the same data – one in detailed list form, and one as a month‑based timeline. Any new or modified entries are always updated instantly in both modes.
