Email Notifications for Project StakeholdersAll Editions

Our newest feature allows all users to receive email notifications for comments or changes to projects where they are assigned as a stakeholder.

Users will receive an email when:

• they have been assigned to a Resource field within a project and are thus marked as a stakeholder (e.g., additional project managers, sponsors, initiators or regular team members) for that project,
• a project for which they have been assigned as stakeholder has been commented on or changed in some manner and
• they have turned on email notifications in their settings.

This will keep stakeholders in sync with the project and resource managers who are working on the project. Additionally, multiple project managers can now receive email notifications, even if they are not the project manager responsible for the project in Meisterplan.
