With the correct user rights, you can configure new and existing portfolios so that all users, departments and meetings have the appropriate data ready when they need it.
Where to Find
Click Manage in the left sidebar, and then select Portfolios:
There, you will find an alphanumerically sorted overview of all of your portfolios, including some data like filter types and access rights. By clicking on a heading, the entries in the column will be sorted in either ascending or descending order.
Adding a Portfolio
To add a portfolio, your user needs to have the right Manage Portfolios with at least the option "According to Configured Portfolio Rights".
Under Manage > Portfolios, select Add Portfolio:
Then, configure details such as user rights, the relevant filters and, if known, the portfolio's set budget.

Editing a Portfolio
To edit a portfolio, you need either Access Rights to the relevant portfolio, or the right Manage Portfolios for "All Portfolios".
To edit the currently selected portfolio, select the portfolio name in the header and click Configure Portfolio:
To edit a portfolio other than the one that is currently selected, click Manage > Portfolios in the left sidebar and select the desired portfolio. Then, select the pencil icon at the end of the row:
Adjust the portfolio as desired and click Apply in the top right.

Deleting a Portfolio
To delete a portfolio, you need either Access Rights to the relevant portfolio, or the right Manage Portfolios for "All Portfolios".
To delete a portfolio, select Manage > Portfolios in the left sidebar. Move the mouse over or click on the portfolio you would like to delete and select the trash icon at the end of the row.
The portfolio will be deleted from your Meisterplan system. You cannot undo this action.
