How to Find Your Profile
Click your profile picture in the header to see My Profile:

Change Password
Click Change Password in the toolbar to change your password. Password requirements for your organization can be changed in the User Management.
Manage Apps
To access this view, you need to have the Access Meisterplan APIs and Connect External Applications right.
Click Manage Apps and select API Tokens to add and revoke API tokens required by developers to communicate with the Meisterplan REST API, Reporting API or external BI tools.
If you select App Access, you will see a list of all apps that you have granted access to Meisterplan, for example Zapier.
Personal Information
Profile picture
Here you can add, change or remove your profile picture. If you have not added a profile picture, the resource's initials will be displayed.
If your user account is linked to a resource, your profile picture will be displayed as the resource's picture (e.g., in the Team Planner). If you haven't uploaded a picture, the linked resource will display your initials.
Username and Email Address
Below the profile picture, you can view your username and email address. If the email address for your account is wrong, you can change it under Manage > Users if you have the Manage Users and User Groups right. This also applies to your username.
Changing Your First and Last Name
Change your first and last name below your username and email.
Changing Language, Number and Date Format
Use the Locale dropdown to select the preferred language and country. You can choose between four languages: English, German, French, and Spanish. The country you select together with the language determines the number and date format used.
Number Formats:
- 5,003.28 (for example, when selecting English - United States or English - United Kingdom)
- 5,003.28 (for example, when selecting German - Germany)
Date Formats:
- MM/DD/YYYY (for example, when selecting English - United States or Spanish - United States)
- DD/MM/YYYY (for example, when selecting German - Germany or English - United Kingdom)
You can change your language and country locale selection at any time.
Week Display
The Week Display in Timelines setting determines whether weeks will be displayed with the date of the First day of the week (e.g., April 3rd) or with the calendar Week (W) (e.g., Week 14) number in the timeline. This setting applies to the Portfolio Designer, the Team Planner and My Projects.
Email Notifications
Project and Allocation Comments
Here you can define if you want to be notified by email when you are mentioned in a comment, or when a project or allocation comment is added to a project on which you are the project manager, or when an allocation comment is added to a resource or role for which you are the resource manager.
Project Change Overview for Project Managers
Here you can define if you want to be notified by email about changes to projects you are assigned to as a project manager. By clicking Daily or Weekly you can define how often you want to receive these summaries. Your own changes to projects you are assigned to as a project manager will not be listed in the email.
Allocation Change Overview for Resource Managers
Here you can define if you want to be notified by email about allocation changes to roles and resources you are assigned to as a resource manager. By clicking Daily or Weekly you can define how often you want to receive these summaries. The emails will specify which projects or scenarios have been affected by these changes. Your own changes to allocations for which you are the resource manager will not be listed in the email.
Email verification
If there is a notice that you have not verified your email address, click the link in the text to verify. As soon as the verification is completed, the notice will be removed.
Only users with a verified email address will be able to use collaborative features such as email notifications.
