License Details in Meisterplan
To access this view, you need to have the Manage Subscription right.
In the left Sidebar, click Manage and select Subscription:
You can review your current resource package under My Subscription as well as your planned resources under My Resource Consumption:
- Active Individual Resources: Individual resources are defined as a specific person (Sally Smith, John Doe, etc.). All resources are considered active until their Termination Date.
- Resources Based on Additional Role Capacity: If you plan capacity based on roles, 1 FTE of additional role capacity counts as 1 licensed resource. This is taken from either the Plan of Record or a scenario, whichever uses the highest additional role capacity.
- Total Resource Consumption: 0 active individual resources + resources based on additional role capacity in FTE.
See our Licensing & Pricing page for more details.
To rename your system, like when your organization rebrands, select Rename System. When renaming your system, you must take several precautions:
Users who are logged into your Meisterplan system at the time the system is renamed will be logged out. For these users, a screen will then be displayed that explains why they have been logged out (the renaming), as well as the new system URL. So that you do not lose data, we recommend that you rename your system outside of the normal operating hours of your organization.
Users who are not logged in at the time will need to be informed of the new system name by you or the internal system administrator. We recommend you inform all users of the renaming prior to actually implementing it.
Users must update all bookmarks to the new system name.
In order to use SAML, the configuration in your identity provider must be updated.
In order to continue working in Meisterplan, you must log in with your new system URL. This will be either https://us.meisterplan.com/newsystemname or https://eu.meisterplan.com/newsystemname, depending on where your system is hosted.
Share this new URL with your colleagues so that they also have access to your system.
When you have questions, contact your Customer Success Manager, or write to email@example.com.
