If you downgrade to the Basic Edition, whether from a Trial system or an active Pro or Premium system, the following views and functionalities will be removed:

Scenarios |
- All scenarios except the Plan of Record will be removed from all views and the REST API, as well as the scenario-specific data within the scenarios.
- In the black header bar, the Scenario Manager and with it the options View All Scenarios and Manage Scenarios will be removed.

Board View |
- In the left Sidebar, the Board view will be removed.
|
Goals |
- In the left Sidebar, the Goals view will be removed.
- All existing Business Goals will be removed.
- The Business Goal field and its values will be removed from all views, from the REST API, integrated pivot reports and imports.

Roadmap |
- In the left Sidebar, the Roadmap view will be removed.
|
Financials |
- All financials data will be removed from all views and the REST API.
- In the user groups, the Access Financial Data right will be removed.
- Under Manage > Advanced, the section Finance Categories will be removed.
- In the Project Settings and the Project Details, the sections Financial Tracker, Resources and Roles - Costs and Cost Type Tracker, as well as the project field Approved Budget will be removed.

Actuals |
- All Actuals data will be removed from all views (e.g., Project List) and the REST API, except the Approved Total Effort field.
- In the user groups, the Access Actuals - Time Worked right will be removed.
- In the Project Settings and the Project Details, the Allocation Tracker will be removed.
- In the Project Details, the Project Team section will no longer contain Actuals information.

Project Score |
- In the Portfolio Designer, the Rank by Project Score option will be removed.
- The Project Score field will be removed from all views (e.g., Project List) and the REST API.
- The Project Score information will be removed from all lookup fields, and the fields will no longer contribute to the project score.
- In the Project Settings and the Project Details, the Project Score section will be removed.
- In the user groups, the Rank & Sort All Projects by Project Score right will be removed.

Auto-Schedule |
- In the Portfolio Designer, the Auto-Schedule option will be removed.
- In the user groups, the Auto-Schedule Multiple Projects right will be removed.

Reporting API |
- The Reporting API will no longer be available for Basic system users.
- BI tools such as Tableau, MS Power BI or Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) will no longer be connected to Meisterplan.
- Existing reports in external BI tools will remain but can no longer be refreshed.

Jira Link
|
- In the Portfolio Designer's Import and Export menu, the Import from Jira option will be removed.
- Under Manage in the left Sidebar, the Jira Links option will be removed.
- In the Information Panel, the Jira tab will be removed.
- Projects imported from Jira will remain but their connection to Jira will be removed.

Data Sources |
- Under Manage in the left Sidebar, the Data Sources option will be removed.

Self-Service Sandbox |
- Under Manage in the left Sidebar, the Self-Service Sandbox option will be removed.

SAML |
- The option to use Single Sign-On via SAML will be removed. Logging in with Google or the MS Work Account is still possible.

Login Notice |
- Only available in Premium Editions
- The option to configure a Login Notice for your Meisterplan system will be removed when downgrading from a Premium Edition.

Once you have downgraded to the Basic Edition, the data contained in these views and functionalities (e.g., data in scenarios) will no longer be available, and we cannot guarantee to be able to completely recover your data when re-upgrading.
