Scenario Comparison in the Project DetailsProPremium

With the latest update to Meisterplan, you can now compare a project’s allocations across different scenarios directly in the Project Details view. You have the option to display allocations by individual resources or view them aggregated by role. Project managers can see how planned allocations and the Estimate at Completion differ between scenarios without switching views. This makes it easier to review the effectiveness of past plans and confidently explore future options.

Open the project details of a project and, in the header bar, select Start Scenario Comparison from the dropdown menu. Then select the scenario you want to use for the comparison:

In the Resources, Teams, and Roles – Allocations section, the Estimate at Completion tab now shows a comparison of the Planned Allocations in the original plan with the Estimate at Completion in the current plan. The Deviation column directly indicates how much the two scenarios differ.

You can also choose to display the allocations either aggregated by roles or by individual resources.
