Allocation Comparison for Resource ManagersProPremium
With our latest Meisterplan update, Resource Managers now have an even clearer view in the Team Planner. See both actual time worked and planned allocations directly in the grid cells, making it easy to compare the two at a glance. This comparison helps you quickly spot any differences between what was planned and what’s really happening.
Open the Team Planner in the left sidebar, switch to the time grid mode, and click Compare Actuals with Plan to view the comparison of planned allocations and actual time worked for each resource, team, and role. The gray values represent the actuals; the values below them show the planned allocations:
You can edit the allocations, but the actual times are read-only. This feature is available in the Team Planner, in the Resource Pool (for resources, teams, and roles), and the My Schedule view.

Unplanned Allocations
In the Team Planner, you can now immediately see when projects without allocations but with actual time worked are displayed in comparison mode:
New User Permission for 'My Schedule'
Under Manage > User Groups > Project & Resource Planning > Input Data for Linked Resource, you can now grant read-only access to actual times for the My Schedule view.
Enable this permission if your employees should be able to see actual times but not edit them. This way, they can review their booked times without making any changes.
