Minor Changes
Consistent Assigning of Roles and Resources in Portfolio Designer and Project DetailsAll Editions
(04/26/2024) - We have modernized the window for assigning roles and resources to a project, and made it consistent in the Portfolio Designer and the Project Details:
In both views, you can now select all desired roles and resources using checkboxes, and you can search for primary roles and skills. Roles and resources are grouped by their primary role and for each resource, their skills are displayed.
This lets you schedule the right employees quickly and easily while keeping an eye on all important information.
Displaying KPIs in the Roadmap ViewProPremium
(04/26/2024) - In the Roadmap, you can now select a KPI to be displayed per project above each project's bar. The sum of the KPI will be displayed per group in the left column:
In the toolbar, click Configure Roadmap > Display KPI and select the desired KPI. You can choose from all financial KPIs and project fields of the Number type, except fields with percentages.

Exporting the Board View as an ImageProPremium
(04/26/2024) - You can now download the Board view as an image file or copy it to the clipboard to insert it into a document. In the toolbar, click Save Image and select your preferred option.
If you have configured a color scheme under Configure board, the exported image contains the legend for the displayed colors.
