Compare a Project's Actual Time Worked in the Allocations TabPro Premium

Our newest update to the Allocations Tab in the Project Details allows you to view your team's planned allocations in a comparative grid. This allows project managers to quickly identify if and where their teams' actuals exceed planned allocations while entering actuals:

In the Allocations tab under Actual Time Worked, click Compare Actuals with Plan to see a comparison between planned allocations and actual time worked for each role and resource. The new column Deviation from Plan shows the total amount of deviation at a glance. In the grid next to it, the actuals and planned allocations are displayed in detail according to zoom level.
