Unstaff Overallocation to RoleAll Editions

Our new Unstaff Overallocation to Role functionality in the Team Planner view allows you to quickly remove a person’s overallocation and apply it to the role making it easier to resolve the resource conflict.

In Time Grid mode of the Team Planner, select the desired resource and project, then click the three dots and select Unstaff Overallocation to Role from the context menu. The overallocated effort will be removed from the resource and assigned back to the role, so you can ensure that your employees are not being overbooked.
