- Transparent evaluation and priorities across all projects
- Reliable priorities even for ongoing projects (e.g. in the event of additional work or bottlenecks)

See below how Meisterplan can support you in your tasks.
Enter Project Data
When a new project initiative is created in Meisterplan, enter the most important and necessary project data so that the project can be evaluated.
To do this, open the project's details and fill in what you already know, e.g., project fields for strategic evaluation, allocation requirements at role level or dependencies on other projects, for example.
Request Resources
Before the start of a project, role allocations need to be replaced with resource allocations. In an allocation comment, request the resource manager to staff the roles with resources. If you would like specific people for your project, mention them in the same comment.
Update Running Projects
Bottlenecks and conflicts can also occur with ongoing projects, for example, when a resource is no longer available or the scope changes. To solve resource conflicts quickly and according to strategic priorities, it is advisable to update your projects regularly in a timely manner.
In the project details, you can easily change project-specific information. If you need to make the same change in several projects, it may be faster doing bulk operations in the Project List.
In the video below, you can see how you can quickly update your projects' statuses:
