Question: When I log into Meisterplan, the header on the top fails and it's showing a loading or blank screen and/or an error message - What should I do?
Answer: Try the following steps:
- Check the Meisterplan status page at status.meisterplan.com to see whether there is a known incident affecting your system. For more details, see the article Status and Availability of Meisterplan SaaS Services.
- Make sure you are using a supported browser. For an overview, see the article Supported Browsers, MS Excel Versions and Devices.
- If you are using a firewall and/or proxy, ask your network team to whitelist Meisterplan.
