We've updated Meisterplan - check out what's new!
Historical Cost per HourProPremium
With our newest update to the Resource Pool, you can now set a resource's cost per hour for different time periods without affecting historical data. For example, you can adjust a resource's cost per hour starting when their salary has been, or will be, adjusted. This helps financials for all projects they're allocated to stay accurate.
In the left sidebar, click Resource Pool and open the details view of a resource, team, or role.
Under Cost per Hour, enter the internal hourly rate for the respective resource and specify the date from which the rate should apply:
You can enter hourly costs for both future and past periods. The respective KPIs and reports will always use the cost rate that is valid for the given time period.
Existing Hourly Rates Remain Unchanged
Your existing hourly rates will remain unchanged. If needed, you can delete them manually.
When you add new entries, they are automatically sorted chronologically among existing entries, and take effect from the specified date.
Enter Hourly Rates Manually or via Quick Import
Depending on the type of resource, you can either enter hourly costs manually or via Quick Import. In the article Importing Past Costs per Hour Retroactively, you can find a step-by-step guide for the Quick Import, including important notes on specific requirements and an import template.
