Flexible Time Tracking for Every Project Your Employees TackleProPremium
Employees can now add Actual Time Worked for all of the projects on which they’ve worked in the My Schedule view – even if they weren’t planned to these projects. This allows employees to have more flexibility in tracking their time. This update also gives resource managers a more accurate view into what their people are actually working on. This new feature covers those times when people have to work ad-hoc on projects, and ensures that everything is accurately recorded.
On release, user groups either have the option No Projects or the option Their Assigned Projects enabled in their user rights configuration, depending on the previous setting. To allow your Meisterplan users to track Actual Time Worked for every project they work on, go to Manage > User Groups > Project and Program Rights > Employees Can Record and Edit Their Own Actual Time Worked and select the option All Projects:
