Minor Changes

Show or Hide Programs in Team PlannerAll Editions

To improve the visibility of projects, you can now hide programs in the Team Planner. Click Configure View in the toolbar and uncheck the box under Display Programs:

By default, this option is enabled. If you remove the checkmark, you will only see the projects without them being grouped into programs.

Scenario Creation Date Displayed in "Last Changed" FieldProPremium

When you copy a scenario, the date is now displayed in the system field "Last Changed". Depending on your configuration, you can display this field in the Project Details, Board view, List view, and in Reports to immediately see the date and time of the copied scenario. Additionally, the date and time is shown in the Project Change Log.

Maximum Number of Options in Multi-Select FieldsAll Editions

We have increased the maximum number of options for custom fields of the type 'Multi-Select' from 250 to 500 options.

Maximum Number of Teams per ResourceAll Editions

When assigning resources to teams, there is now a limit of 100 teams per resource, including past, present, and future team assignments.

Programs in the Reporting APIProPremium

Programs are now available in the Reporting API via the new programs endpoint. This lets you build external reports with program-specific information such as the program status, the proram manager, and program KPIs.
