Program CommentsAll Editions

Program comments allow you to view all important messages related to a specific program in one place. This keeps you informed at all times and helps prevent relevant information from getting lost. The comment feature makes team collaboration easier by enabling you to exchange messages directly in the context of the program.

Open the Portfolio Designer and select a program. Then click the comment icon in the right sidebar of the respective view to expand the Information Panel with the program comments. Alternatively, you can access program comments directly from the Program Details.

Automatic Email Notification

If you have enabled automatic email notifications in your user profile, you will be notified by email about comments on programs for which you are listed as the program manager. For more details, see the article Meisterplan Notifications.
