Minor Changes
Select Priority for Resource Matching for Jira LinksProPremium
When you connect Meisterplan with Jira and add a link to your Jira instance under Integrations > Jira Connector, you can now define which type of match takes priority: Resources or Roles/Teams.
You can compare allocations at both the team/role level and the resource level, and define under Priority when both a team/role and resource can be matched which assignment takes precedence:

Using Jira Links via REST API, Zapier, and Power AutomateProPremium
If you want to automatically import or link Jira epics to Meisterplan projects using the Rest API, Zapier, or Power Automate, you can now include the Jira links stored in your Meisterplan system. Simply enter the tool key of the Jira link in the Tool Key field of the Task Management > Create or Update Task Management Link endpoint, or the Tool Key field in Zapier or Power Automate.
This ensures that linked epics and projects always use the correct configuration, requiring you to manually import or link the projects.
Integrated Reports Display Only Portfolio-Relevant Projects and ResourcesAll Editions
Integrated reports now only display projects and resources that are part of the selected portfolio. This means:
- Projects outside of the portfolio are only displayed if they have been assigned portfolio resources.
- Resources outside of the portfolio are only displayed if they are involved in portfolio projects.
- Non-portfolio projects and resources are no longer displayed and are also no longer included in calculations.
This change ensures a more accurate representation and analysis within the selected portfolio.
