Improved Handling of Long Text in PowerPoint ExportAll Editions
When exporting project data to PowerPoint, Meisterplan now takes into account PowerPoint’s native “Shrink text on overflow” setting for multi-line text boxes. If you have activated this setting, PowerPoint reduces the font size so the full content fits within the text box.
This ensures that long text is no longer truncated during export.

'Export Data' Right not Required for PowerPoint ExportsAll Editions
Exporting project data to Microsoft PowerPoint no longer depends on the Export Data right. This means that you can export project details to PowerPoint without needing broader export rights. Additionally, as all users can now perform the export, individual user rights still apply when it comes to data visibility.
Easy Scenario Selection in the Project DetailsProPremium
In the Project Details, you can now change the selected scenario. Click Scenario in the header and select the desired scenario:
This means you no longer need to switch back to the Portfolio Designer to change scenarios, and you can conveniently stay in your current view.
