Manage employee skills in your organization to match the right people or teams to the right projects.
In this video we show you how to configure skills in Meisterplan.
How to Find
You need to have the Edit Resource Pool, Absences, OBS, Calendar and Skills right to access this function.
In the left sidebar, click Manage and select Skills:
This will open the list of available skills:
Adding Skills
To add a new skill, click Add Skill and enter the skill, then click the checkmark at the end of the line to save the entry.
You can also add new skills using the Quick import for Resources by importing the new skill alongside a resource.
Resources and teams can be assigned skills. You cannot assign skills to roles.
Editing Skills
To edit a skill, move your cursor over its entry in the list, click in the box and edit the name.
Deleting Skills
To delete a skill, move your cursor over its entry in the list and click the trash can icon at the end of the line.
The skill will be removed from all resources or teams that previously had that skill.
