New Portfolio Designer (Beta): Time Grid Mode Now Functionally CompleteAll Editions

The Time Grid mode in the beta version of the new Portfolio Designer is now functionally complete. It combines key features of the current Portfolio Designer with familiar capabilities from the Team Planner and additional enhancements in a modern interface.

You can now, among other things:

• Assign resources, roles, and teams to projects
• Edit allocations directly in the time grid using mouse and keyboard shortcuts
• Add remaining capacity per cell or replace assigned resources, teams, or roles
• Group a project's assigned resources, teams, and roles by role and aggregate their allocation values per role:
  

These enhancements enable faster and more transparent project and resource planning within a single view.
