We've updated Meisterplan - check out what's new!
Meisterplan MCPProPremium
Bring your Meisterplan data into your preferred AI agent. With the Meisterplan MCP (Model Context Protocol), your AI application can securely read core portfolio and project data. You can easily ask questions, generate reports, and feed data into other workflows.
To use the MCP server, you need an API token from Meisterplan and an AI agent that supports MCP connections.
You can retrieve the following Meisterplan data via the MCP Server, provided you have at least read-only rights for said data:
- Projects with their project details (e.g. Status, Goals including configured colors, Rank)
- Project KPIs (e.g. Total Costs, Total Effort, Total CapEx, Total OpEx, Total Benefit, Net Value)
- Scenarios
For additional information about the MCP server, its setup, and example use cases, see the article MCP Server – Overview.
Required User Rights
Which data can be retrieved via the MCP Server depends on the rights of the user account used to establish the connection. The MCP Server respects all field-level permissions of that user account.
To activate the MCP Server for a user group, navigate to Manage > User Groups > Views & Areas > AI Functionality and enable the Access MCP Server right. You can enable or disable access per user group.
Further information about the MCP Server, Meisterplan AI, as well as data processing and security measures can be found in the article Q&A: Meisterplan AI.
