Modernized and Improved Portfolio Designer (Beta)All Editions
Our new Portfolio Designer (beta) just got an exciting update! Use familiar functionality from the classic version to view milestones and dependencies, filter projects and resources, and see when conflicts and bottlenecks arise. Additionally, you now have the option to configure up to two columns next to the list of projects in the Portfolio Designer to show additional information, such as status or project manager. This update makes it easier for you to manage your portfolio in a modernized view.
In the new Portfolio Designer (Beta), you can now:
- Add new milestones and edit and delete existing milestones that are not connected to a phase
- Add dependencies between milestones
- See programs and their projects
- Display planning intervals
- View allocation details of a resource, team, or role in the Resources section
- Add up to two columns after the list of projects and display details such as the project manager or the status

Prerequisite
To open the new Portfolio Designer, beta access must be enabled for both your system (by your administrator) and for your user profile.
