Multi-Select Custom Project FieldsAll Editions

Our newest update to custom project fields allows you to create multi-select fields. This helps you more easily visualize and organize your portfolio projects. For example, you can use these fields to assign projects to multiple regions and easily filter for the relevant information.

To configure a multi-select project field, go to Manage > Custom Project Fields. Then, click Add Project Field and select Multi-Select.

Multi-select project fields are also available as ad-hoc project filters, and are available in all views where ad-hoc project filters are available as well as the REST and Reporting APIs. They are also configurable in the Project List, Project Details, Project Overview and the Board view. Multi-select project fields are not available in internal pivot reports.
