Separate CapEx and OpEx BudgetsProPremium
In the Cost Type Tracker of the Project Details, you can now differentiate between a project’s CapEx and OpEx budgets. This provides you with a clearer view of your portfolio's expenses, making it easier to compare your plan to reality on the CapEx and OpEx level and adapt when necessary.
You will now find two new system fields, Approved CapEx Budget and Approved OpEx Budget in both the Project Details and the Project List. When you have entered budgets there, the Cost Type Tracker will display a comparison between the budget and the planned costs, or the cost estimate at completion, for both CapEx and OpEx.
Learn more about the Cost Type Tracker and the values displayed there in the article Project Details (View). To learn more about working with CapEx and OpEx, see the article Working with OpEx and CapEx.
