Meisterplan has been updated - check out what's new!
- Actual Financial Events
- Actual Financial Events in the Project Details (Beta)
You can now compare all planned costs with the actual costs incurred for allocations and financial events. You can use key figures to gain insights and improve planning. For example, the Estimated Net Value at Completion value will indicate if the actual total costs of a project exceed benefits. If project costs get out of hand or if the project will not generate the expected profit, you can recognize this early and take countermeasures. This gives you a better overview of the finances in your project portfolio - directly in Meisterplan.
As soon as you have imported actual financial events into Meisterplan, you can view and compare the relevant figures in the Project Details, Project List, the Board View, and the Project Overview.
Quick Import for Actual Financial Events
You can now import actual financial events with our Quick Import in the left sidebar under Import & Export. With this import, you can import new actual financial events into Meisterplan and confirm if you would like to keep or delete the existing actual financial events.

Renamed Quick Import for Planned Financial Events
For increased clarity and specificity, the quick import for financial events has been renamed the Quick Import for Planned Financial Events.
Changes to the Financial and Cost Type Tracker
With this release, the Financial Tracker and the Cost Type Tracker can also calculate figures with actual financial events:
With this release, in the Project Details, in the section Financials, there is now another tab titled Actual (Beta). You can find an overview of all actual financial events that have been imported for the project there. This functionality is still in its beta phase and will be expanded in the future.
