Allocation Change Log in the Team PlannerAll Editions
The new Allocation Change Log informs resource managers of all changes made to the allocations of a specific role or resource including changes made by other people. While the original Change Log gives you a project-centric view of changes, the Allocation Change Log will give you a full picture of allocation changes made from the resource or role perspective.
To access the Allocation Change Log, open the Team Planner view in the left sidebar. Click the resource whose allocation changes you would like to view. Then select the hour icon in the info panel on the right.
You can also access the linked resource's Allocation Change Log in the My Projects view. Open the My Projects view in the left sidebar, and the Allocation Change Log will be automatically filtered for the user's linked resource.
