My Projects View for Team MembersAll Editions
With our new My Projects view, project team members can quickly access a clear overview of the projects they are assigned to, the timeline of those projects, and how much of their capacity is allocated for each project. They can immediately see only their own projects without searching through all of the projects in the Portfolio Designer. They can also identify any availability issues and communicate them to their Project Manager by commenting on the project. The My Projects view will also include their own employee information such as their primary role, the department they work in, their skills, etc.
In order for users to see their projects and schedule under My Projects, the user must be linked to their respective resource. Learn more about how to link users and resources in the article Manage Users.
