Scenario Comparison for KPIs on the Project LevelProPremium

The update to our Scenario Comparison feature will enable you to compare the differences in a project’s KPIs between two scenarios. You will be able to compare values such as the start and finish date, financial KPIs as well as KPIs related to allocations and Actuals. This update means you can now compare scenarios on the project level to answer what-if questions and focus the plan for a specific project.

In the Portfolio Designer, open the Scenario Manager. Then, select your desired scenario and the scenario you would like to compare it to. Select a project and open the project overview in the information panel on the right side of the screen to see the compared KPI values.
