Ad-Hoc Project Filters in the Portfolio DesignerAll Editions
Our Ad-Hoc project filters can now be used in the Portfolio Designer. With this update, you can filter for the same field types, like Lookup or Boolean, as you can in the other views. With this update, the Portfolio Designer can better fit your needs, such as when you're preparing for your Portfolio Board meeting.
In the toolbar, click Filter to show the various filters. Then click Add Filter and select the field which you would like to filter for.

Removal of Old Project Filters
These Ad-Hoc Project Filters have replaced the old project filters in the Portfolio Designer. The new filters offer the same functionality as the old project filters.
In the Goals view, the old project filters have also been deleted both from the list and from the single goals.
Updated Resource Filters in the Portfolio Designer
In the Resources section of the Portfolio Designer, the possible filters have been changed for more transparency.
The following filters will be removed:
- Score
- Resource Source
- Allocated Resources
The filter option Show only roles and resources of filtered projects is now available in the toolbar under Settings > Resources and Roles. This option has an immediate effect on the Ad-hoc Project filters.
Additionally, in the Team Planner you can find comprehensive resource filters. With these, you can see exactly the resources and roles which are relevant for you.
