Save and Share Your Favorite Configurations as Custom ViewsAll Editions
Save your favorite configurations of the Team Planner, the Project List, the Board View and the Roadmap using our new Custom Views. This allows you to easily access all configurations whenever you need them. Additionally, you can share your views with other users and user groups.
Open the Project List and change the current configuration, e.g., adjust the Ad-Hoc Project Filters. Click the arrow next to the Save Configuration button and in the dropdown, select whether you want to save the configuration in the existing view or as a new view.
To share a view with other users, click the three dots after the view’s name and select Edit.

Effect on Your Meisterplan System
With the release, your recent configuration of each of the above-mentioned views has become a custom view. You can change and save the name or the configuration as well as create new custom views. To be able to share your custom views with other users, the corresponding user right must be configured for your user group.
Configure This Right for User Groups
With the release of the new functionality, all user groups have the Private option selected under Manage Custom Views. This means that all users can create and save their own views, but no one can share their custom views with other users or user groups.
To grant a user group the right to share custom views with others and change custom views shared with them, open the respective user group under Manage > User Groups. In the Administrative Rights section under Manage Custom Views, select the desired option:

Ad-Hoc Filters to Access Only Relevant InformationAll Editions
With the official release of the Ad-Hoc Project Filters, you can ensure that you see just the information you need in the Project List, the Board View and the Roadmap. Filter the views for lookup fields, boolean fields, Business Goal, Project Manager, Rank Category and OBS.
