Focus on the Strategic Value of Work

The new Board View displays projects in Kanban-style columns. It's great for focusing on value when collecting and prioritizing initiatives and for moving projects through workflow stages.

In the left-hand Sidebar, click Board and select a project field by clicking on Change Columns. The Board View will now show all projects from your currently selected scenario and portfolio, distributed in columns.

You can move projects up or down to change their priority, or drag them to another column. Additionally, you can configure which project detail is displayed on the project cards to make prioritizing easier.
