Keep Up with Project Changes
The Change Log for Projects allows you to see what changes were made for each project and by whom. This lets you easily identify which projects have been updated especially when preparing for meetings.
Either in the Portfolio Designer or in a project‘s details, click on the round blue button in the top right to show or hide the Change Log for Projects. The Change Log will display all project changes as well as the previous value of the change, which will give you an overview of projects no matter who updates them.

With the Access Change Log right, you can determine which user groups have access to the Change Log when configuring user groups.
Legal Notice: Depending on your company’s rules, not all members of your organization may be allowed to view the data contained in the Change Log, such as evaluation and performance information. Please make sure to assign user permissions for the Change Log in accordance with your company’s rules and legal requirements.
New Profile Page
The new profile page allows all users to upload a profile picture and change their first and last name. Previously, this was only possible under Manage > Users:
If no picture is selected, the user initials will be displayed. While all users will be able to change their first and last name, they will still need the Manage Users and User Groups right to change their username and email address, which is still managed under Manage > Users.
To view and edit the viewing options that were previously located on your profile page, click on your profile picture in the header and select Preferences. Finds all details in the My Profile and Preferences article.
Minor Changes
Clarity PPM Integration Only on Request
In the future, the Meisterplan integration for Clarity PPM will no longer be offered as a standard integration.
As of now, the Clarity connector integrated in Meisterplan is no longer available in new test systems or in existing systems that never activated the integration. These functions remain active in existing systems currently using the connector.
We will offer a Clarity PPM integration as a project integration using the new REST API on request.
