Create External Reports with the Reporting API
With our new Reporting API, you can easily connect your Meisterplan data to other tools to see and analyze data in different ways.
The API is a simple and modern solution that will replace the existing reporting database in the near future and even allows you to access your report data in the cloud.
For an easy and quick start, use our Report Template for MS Power BI. You can also connect the Reporting API to all BI tools that support a REST API as a data source, such as MS Excel, QlikSense, EazyBI, and Tibco Spotfire.
Net Value and Total Cost in Project List
In the Project List, you can now select Net Value and Total Cost as columns for your individual configuration.
Sorting Financial Reports by Rank
In integrated pivot reports for financials, you can now select the Project by Rank field in the Field Chooser. This allows you to see a project's name at first glance in the reports.
Expanding the Roadmap Groups
You can now expand Roadmap groups to see the individual projects in each group by clicking the group’s bar in the timeline in addition to clicking the arrow next to the group’s name.
No Rank Displayed in Project or Program Hint
Resolved Issues Since the Last Update
There was an issue in which Meisterplan rounded the FTE role capacity too soon when importing from the Excel template. Consequently, the capacity displayed was not correct. The resource section still shows the FTE capacity with two decimal places, but in the background it is rounded to six decimal places.
We improved the performance of the Portfolio Designer when logging in to systems with many small allocation segments.
