User Admin and Lock Out Protection
The permanent admin system account, which previously could not be deleted or edited, is now treated as a normal user account. You can now change the username and access level for this account or deactivate the account. To ensure against accidentally locking yourself out, a user with the administrator access level can no longer change their own access level or deactivate their account. However, they can still edit the rights of other users with the administrator access level.
