Question: When I log in Meisterplan the header on the top fails and it's showing a loading or blank screen and/or an error message - What should I do?
Answer: If you're using a firewall and/or proxy, please ask your network team to whitelist Meisterplan.
Please note that Internet Explorer 11 ist not supported under Windows 10. As an alternative the Meisterplan Client can be used which needs a separate setup. See our Client System Requirements page for more details.
