Question: When I log into Meisterplan, the header on the top fails and it's showing a loading or blank screen and/or an error message - What should I do?
Answer: If you're using a firewall and/or proxy, please ask your network team to whitelist Meisterplan.
Please note that Internet Explorer 11 is not supported under Windows 10. As an alternative, Meisterplan Client can be used, which requires a separate setup. See our Client System Requirements page for more details.
