Question: Under which circumstances are customer environments accessed by your employees? How is this access logged?
Answer: Customer environments are only accessed for automated processes such as backups and deployments and other maintenance work (changing the infrastructure etc.). Access is logged by the deployment and maintenance tools.
All administrative access to protected data is only done if explicitly required by a customer (e.g. to recover databases). Such access is reviewed on a quarterly basis by internal auditors, to confirm that we use it only in the context of responding to customer service matters.
