Login and Requirements
To log in to your Meisterplan system, you first need to enter the Domain to identify your system.
The required Domain is equal to the URL of your Meisterplan system. The leading "https://" and the closing slash are not required (e.g., to log in to the Meisterplan system accessible under https://itdesign.meisterplan.com/itdesign/, enter "itdesign.meisterplan.com/itdesign" in the Domain field).
Once your Meisterplan system has been successfully identified, you will be required to log in.
Log in with your Meisterplan Username and Password. These credentials must be equal to the data entered in the user management. The apps currently don't support logging in via a Google or Microsoft account.
Please note that logging in to either app requires that the provided user account is not deactivated and has been linked to a resource (see the Installing and Configuring the MyProject Apps article).
The app starts with the weekly view, which lists allocations by week and by project. Colors of displayed allocation values indicate whether the allocation is within the user's capacity (green) or exceeds it (red).
A daily view may also be selected via the associated tab on the top of the view.
This view is essentially the same as the weekly view, except it lists allocations by day and by project:
Scrolling Up or Down
Both views may be scrolled up or down to switch to an earlier or later date.
Selecting a Date
Select the icons or links at the bottom to switch to the current day (Today) or to select a date (Date).
Refreshing the View
Select the refresh icon (circular arrow) on the top right to refresh all data with recent updates made in Meisterplan.
Select the logout icon (boxed arrow) on the top right to log out.
Allocation Detail View
Selecting an allocation detail opens a more detailed view displaying fields and figures for the associated project, including its total allocation and own allocation:
Select the OK link on the bottom right to return to the daily or weekly view from which you opened the detail view.
